Hi,
MANNAM International friends! How do you define peace? The Global Peace Index
(GPI) defines "peace" as the “absence of violence” and peacefulness
of most countries in the world will be measured annually by GPI.
According
to GPI’s 2012 survey, among 158 countries, the top 10 most peaceful countries
are Iceland (1), Denmark and New Zealand (2), Canada (4), Japan (5), Austria
and Ireland (6), Slovenia (8), Finland (9), and Switzerland (10). If you are
living these top 10 most peaceful countries, you are really lucky, because you
are living at least more peacefully than those who are living in the top 10
least peaceful countries.
All of
the 158 countries belong to the world. There is only one world, but why some
can live peacefully while some have to tremble before violence? Maybe people
living in countries in war or violence are waiting for our awareness and help. If
you want to give your hand to those people and support world peace, lets’ work
together. MANNAM International is carrying on campaigns for world peace, and we
can unite our efforts. If you are interested about it, visit our official website
