Let me ask a few question to you, and of course, there’s no answer for it.
Do you
think if a person loses half of her or his brain, would that person be able
to sing or memorize lyrics?
How about
if a person loses 90% of her or his brain, would that person be able to
survive?
Sometimes,
what we think as impossible happens in this world.
In
2013 Special Olympics, there was a special guest singer who
sang Korean National song in the Opening Ceremony.
This brave singer who sang before the eyes of thousands people and hundreds cameras, was a boy who lost 90% of his brains due to the disability by nature.
This brave singer who sang before the eyes of thousands people and hundreds cameras, was a boy who lost 90% of his brains due to the disability by nature.
The singer
Mr. Park was diagnosed to unable to survive even before he
was born.
The doctor
even said Mr. Park has every disability that human
can possible has.
Mr.
Park could not able to hear, see nor feel,
the hospital compulsorily discharged him because there was nothing
hospital could do to treat him
He
wandered from this hospital to another hospital, and underwent four seriously
dangerous brain operations, which result to remove 90% of his brain.
Miraculously, he
survived from that surgeries but he was not able to hear, see,
talk nor walk. Surprising,
another miracle happened again, when he was 5 years old. Somehow he started to
follow the sounds and mumble it. Later, when he was 7 years old, he could sing
a song.
Everyone
says it was impossible for him to survive, no one expected that he could
be able to sing, especially as the hugestage like the
Opening Ceremony of Pyeongchang Special Olympic.
So as the
world peace. Some people say or believe world peace is not
possible. Some people think world peace is just some kind of utopia notion
which only exists in our mind.
But what
seems impossible comes true when we do not lose our hope and continuous efforts
toward it.
That is
what We, MANNAM volunteer association do.
We continuously work
for the peaceful world, the world that everybody respect each other
and live peaceful without conflicts.
What seems
impossible can become possible if you do not limit your thinking and work for
it.
We, MANNAM
volunteer association work for better world.
As the
miracle singing of singer Park, MANNAM believe world peace is possible.
