How can a nation which is divided stand with confidence in this world? The leaders of South and North Korea must ensure that the Korean Peninsula will not be shamed. ··

This is a 'Declaration of Unification' that 'The main representative of thirty-three representatives of the Korean Citizens, Lee Man Hee' wrote in commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the Korean Liberation Day, 15 August, 2010.

As you know, Man Hee Lee is a honorary chair man of MANNAM.

I heard that, because he has the experience of being in the war, he wants to prevent war so that we don't have to repeat those bad memories.

Moreover, not only Korea, he is really trying to achieve peace in the world. To make this hope come true he think about lots of peace works that we, MANNAM can do to work for it. You can also see his mindset in this declaration too.

On this declaration, it says leaders should work for unification. However, not only the leaders that we think, but we should all work together to establish unification. Why? Because we are the leaders of today!

I was inspired by this phrase 'The world leaders of tomorrow are our PEACE LEADERS OF TODAY!'. I saw this phrase on the MIYC poster.

Like it say, we are all peace leaders. Each one of us should work hard to make a peaceful world. We cannot just stand by and watch some leaders working. Even they try but if we don't help together, it will not going to work. So, today's leaders! Let's stand up and gather our heart for WORLD PEACE!
